What payment gateways do you support?
We support Stripe and PayPal out of the box. Because it's open source, you can integrate any payment gateway by implementing our payment provider interface. Managed hosting includes Stripe and PayPal with more coming soon.
Can I really self-host for free?
Yes! Supertix is AGPL-3.0 licensed. Clone the repo, deploy with Docker or Kubernetes on your infrastructure, and you have a production-ready ticketing platform. No license fees, no per-ticket charges, unlimited events and tickets.
Do you support assigned seating?
Absolutely. Build visual seating charts with sections, rows, and seats. Real-time seat selection with WebSocket ensures no double-booking. Supports accessible seating, companion seats, and best-available auto-selection.
What about ticket transfers and refunds?
Email-based transfers let attendees send tickets to friends. Refund engine handles full or partial refunds with automatic payment reversal. Both have complete audit trails and are configurable per-event.
How does integration with Superfan and SuperBill work?
All Super Family tools share a common API design. Enable Superfan integration to track customer relationships across events. Add SuperBill for automated invoicing and organizer payouts. Or use Supertix standalone—each tool is fully functional on its own.
